We provide tree services (e.g., assessment, trimming, removal, stump grinding) for residential and commercial properties in Tucson, AZ. Work scope is defined in your estimate/work order.
Quotes are based on tree size/condition, access, equipment needs, and other job factors.
Adjustments may apply if conditions differ from what was disclosed.
Quotes exclude permit fees or third-party costs unless noted.
You authorize us to access your property and use equipment as required.
Work areas must be cleared before arrival.
For safety, children, pets, and bystanders must remain outside the work zone.
We follow industry best practices but are not liable for hidden hazards or undisclosed utilities. You are responsible for marking/disclosing utilities and known risks.
Please give 24–48 hours’ notice.
Same-day cancellations may incur fees.

Work is performed to industry standards. No guarantee against future tree failure, regrowth, pests, or weather events.
We take care to avoid damage, but you accept normal risks of ruts, sawdust, and wear from equipment.
Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific job.
These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Exclusive venue: Pima County courts.
